Conducting tours is a significant part of my role and brings me immense joy. My responsibilities also include administrative tasks such as following up with prospects, approving applicants, managing delinquencies, and coordinating bonuses. Additionally, I work closely with the construction team as our new community is being built, which is a substantial part of my day.
